RL HR Mag. Michael Sörös, regional head of the education region Vienna West, former state school inspector for the AHS area and chairman of the association of state school inspectors, former high school director

14.30 - 16.00 Moderated discussions on the questions:

  • How do we want to be led? What experiences and expectations do we have in this regard?
  • How do we want to run our school and our staff? How can we work on a trust-based school culture?
  • How should our teachers lead the students? How do we want to act as role models in this regard?

All of these questions are dealt with in groups of six to eight people. The aim of these discussions is to make the perspectives of directors and committed teachers audible again and to position them in social and political discourse. The discussions are recorded, transcribed anonymously and scientifically evaluated as part of a master's thesis. As was the case last year, we will also draw up a position paper based on the work talks and publish it again in various places.
