Values create trust
Fast pace, insecurity, lack of stability - words that shape our lives at this time. It is a time of crises that not only determine our private life, but above all our professional life. When asked what gives us stability these days, the answer is: Values. Because values create trust and where there is trust, there is no uncertainty and there is no need for control. Trust gives us stability.
A lighthouse during this time is the EULEAD Summer School in Göttweig Abbey, which once again recognized the signs and takes place under the motto "Trust does not need control - leading without constraints". In a mutual exchange, always with a view to ethically value-oriented thinking and acting, the Summer School offers its participants important impulses and in-depth insights that satisfy the need for support, orientation, security and stability. Values that managers are looking for more than ever these days - to strengthen themselves and their teams for all the challenges that still have to be mastered in the future.
It is a pleasure and an honor for me to take on the honorary patronage of this event again this time. I wish the organizers of the EULEAD Summer School 2022 every success and the participants valuable encounters and important impulses for the path that lies ahead of them.
