Brig. Mag. Erich Cibulka is President of the Austrian Officers' Society and Chairman of the Presidents' Conference of the Austrian Defense Platform (umbrella organization of Austrian military associations). As Vice President, he represents Austria in the international officers' society Confédération Interalliée des Officiers de Réserve (CIOR). He is married and father of two children. He works as a management consultant, speaker and author at the interface of business, military and politics. He is a psychologist, officer with the rank of brigadier.

dr Ramona M. Kordesch, MA; 1986 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is a theologian and business ethicist. As a sustainability expert, she is director of the Austrian Council for Sustainable Development and researcher at the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin (LEIZ) at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. Ms. Kordesch is a lecturer at national and international congresses and conferences and the author of numerous publications; most recently: The work of civil society, Velbrück: 2019
