What is the objective?
The focus of this EULEAD Summer School Education is school quality development, value-oriented leadership in the school system and personality traits of successful leaders in the education sector. Lectures on these topics will be offered in the morning. In the afternoon, moderated work talks will take place, in which concrete demands on politics, universities, science and other stakeholders in the education system will be formulated. The results and thus the perspectives of head teachers in Austria are proactively presented to decision-makers at different levels in politics and society. In addition, we plan to publish these results via various media channels and in a scientific publication.
