In the summer of 2021 we were able to offer another of our proven multi-day seminars for managers. The EULEAD Summer School 2021 took place from 23nd-26th August on the subject "Digital Leadership - New leadership styles are in demand" im Gottweig Abbey instead.
Official training event of the Vienna Medical Association. The event is approved with 5 DFP (other points).
For specialists and managers in ALL sectors and organizations, especially in hospitals, clinics and care facilities.
Official further training event for directors and teachers of middle school management.
The EULEAD Summer School 2021 again presented top-class expert panels, practical lectures and relevant contributions on the topic of leadership & management in the context of digital change. In a first-class discussion panel, we traced current challenges for the leadership behavior of managers in a digitized and ever faster changing world. Decision-makers were able to take this opportunity to get a broad overview of innovations in the field of "value-based leadership".
Due to the current situation, the event was held in a hybrid balance between physical and digital presence. A comprehensive safety concept served to protect all participants.
